The BBFC certificate that we have identified to be getting is 12A, meaning under 12s will have to be supervised by adults while watching out content. The reason for this is since our content is thriller/horror based, which could be harmful to a child since they will be watching content that they might be mentally affected by. Since we are filming in a lot of public locations others could be easily seen in the background, which could cause an issue as we may have not requested consent. To prevent this issue from happening we will make sure the location is free when we use it. Another issue could be the products that we may display on camera, such as Coca Cola, if we are not sponsored or have not requested to display their product we should not be allowed to display it, if we do this could cause a big issue and delay the progression. Another issue could be slander and libel, while producing our content, our content cannot portray a view that falsely presents a celebrity, person or a company. the reason for this is to prevent content from creating disorder and misleading the public into having false views on something or someone.
